North Tamworth Bowling Club was established in 1948.

There are plenty of social bowls opportunities within the Club.
The Ladies Bowls are played Tuesday afternoons in the winter and morning of the summer.
There are mixed bowls on Wednesday afternoon and again on Thursday (afternoon in winter and twilight in the summer) both played in Mufti.
There is a social bowls, jackpot pair’s competition on Sunday afternoon.
Most organised bowls games are followed by a great raffle.
Competition bowls are run throughout the year along with the inter-club pennants in both Men’s and Women’s clubs.
Singles, pairs, triples and fours competitions are all contested and also mixed pairs and fours.
